Terms & Conditions
1) Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any related services, forms, tools, or communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2) Who We Are (Ownership & Operation)
This website is owned by Triple Eight Media Pte. Ltd. (“TEM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and operated by TEM and/or its affiliated entities and service providers. The brand ZoomCarLoans provides a platform that helps connect consumers with auto financing options through participating lenders, brokers, and/or dealerships (collectively, “Partners”).
3) Eligibility & Proper Use
You agree to use this website and the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Services, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or misusing system resources.
If you are under the age of majority in your province/territory, you must not use the Services or submit an application.
4) What We Do (Referral Platform — Not a Lender)
ZoomCarLoans is not a bank and does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing or that you will receive specific rates, terms, or conditions. Our Services are intended to help you submit information and be considered for auto financing options with our Partners. Any financing decision, including approval, interest rate/APR, term length, and loan amount, is made by the Partner based on their criteria and your application.
5) Applications, Credit Checks & Communications
When you submit an application or inquiry, you authorize us and/or our Partners to collect, use, and disclose the information you provide to evaluate your request and to contact you about your application and related services.
Credit checks: Depending on the Partner and your request, your application may involve a credit inquiry. Some Partners may start with a soft credit check and later require a hard inquiry to finalize financing. We recommend reviewing the Partner’s disclosures before proceeding.
Communications: You agree we and/or our Partners may contact you via phone, email, SMS/text message, or other digital methods for application updates, required follow-ups, and customer support. Where required by law, marketing messages will be sent only with appropriate consent, and you can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software) is owned by TEM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
8) Third-Party Links & Partner Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with Partners and third parties are at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms and policies.
9) No Warranty
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEM and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, Partners, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
In jurisdictions where certain limitations are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TEM and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, Partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted unauthorized access, or used the Services in a way that could create risk or legal exposure for us or others.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, consumer protection laws in your province or territory may apply.
